Hello there, let's get set up!

Connect your SharePoint to neuroGrid Mirror

neuroGrid turns the project documents in your SharePoint into structured, discoverable intelligence for renewable energy project development. It creates a read-only mirror of only the folders you select, into the dedicated, isolated environment provisioned for your organization. You'll set this up by running one command in Azure Cloud Shell — everything runs inside your own tenant, and there is no secret to create or send us.

Before you start, you'll need:

  1. A Microsoft 365 Global Administrator account for your tenant — only a Global Admin can complete this. If you are not one, forward this link to someone who is.
  2. The SharePoint site URL(s) you want mirrored.
  3. For each site, the folders you want synced. You choose exactly what neuroGrid brings in — nothing is mirrored unless you select it. You'll enter each folder as a path pattern like /Contracts/** (the fields below explain the format); email support@neurogrid.ai if you'd like help.

How this works:

  1. You provide the data below: your site URLs and the folders to sync.
  2. You run the command in Azure Cloud Shell. It sets up read-only access in your tenant and prints a short summary — your tenant ID and the sites and folders you chose.
  3. You email that summary to support@neurogrid.ai. None of the output is secret.

You must be a Global Administrator of your Microsoft 365 tenant to run this. Sign-in happens inside Cloud Shell using a device code it shows you.

Step 1 — Enter the SharePoint site(s) to mirror

Add each site you want mirrored and select the folders to sync from it. Your neuroGrid app ID is already filled into the commands below.

Step 2 — Run the command in Azure Cloud Shell

Open Azure Cloud Shell and choose PowerShell. Then run either of the following.

You can review the script before you run it. When it finishes, follow its instructions to send the printed summary to support@neurogrid.ai — that's the last step.
